Our Story
About Us
Crave Catering Company became an LLC in 2017, but their delicious creations started long before. Brooke and Gina met in culinary school. They bonded over their similar cooking styles and became fast friends.
After Brooke provided the food for an open house for her sister's new business, she was approached by a customer who enjoyed her food and asked if she would be interested in catering an event for 50 people. As a novice culinary student, catering an event for 50 seemed too overwhelming alone, but Brooke knew just who to ask for help.
Gina replied with a quick "YES!" and so it began. That was in 2014! Now both Brooke and Gina are professionally trained chefs having graduated from The University of Arkansas–Pulaski Technical College. They are enthusiastic about growing their business and whatever adventures that may bring.

Brooke Williams
CO-OWNER
Brooke Williams is a registered nurse who has served patients at the VA hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas, for 13 years. She loves to travel with her husband and spend time with her two adorable nieces!
Gina Marshall
CO-OWNER
Gina has been in the auto finance business for the last 19 years. She is a proud mother of four and grandmother of six. As the matriarch of her family, Gina enjoys hosting Sunday dinners and sharing her love at family gatherings.
